Yes, we aim to be live on Twitch for every live draw.

Draws will take place on the RandomKarl Twitch channel at https://twitch.tv/RandomKarl on the first Sunday evening after a comp has sold out or where the end date has been reached.

Because of the nature of live content we can't be sure of an exact time each competition will be drawn, but we estimate between 21:00-22:00

In the event of staff illness, holiday or similar circumstances, it's possible the draw will take place without a live stream.

Short answer, no.

We didn't want to have a clunky random number generator system that involves scrolling through pages of entries trying to find the person with the matching ticket number. We wanted this to be a more polished, complete package.

Some people believe using Google's random number generator proves the draw is not a fix. But what many people don't know is, it's actually surprisingly easy to fix that too!

Instead of using any public random number site, we use our own random winner selection system. The tickets are allocated randomly at the time of purchase, and when it's time for the draw our system randomly selects the winners one by one.

Can we prove it's not a fix? Yes. Every action taken by any customer or any admin user is logged in our database and digitally signed in a way that ties it to the previous action. This means if anything in the system was to be tampered with, the signatures wouldn't match and it would easily show up as an issue during an audit.

Additionally, why would we want to ruin the name of a project we are passionate about and have spent a very long time working on?

We want low entry fees, great odds, loads of winners and fair competitions at all times

All winners are emailed immediately after a win happens. (please check your junk/spam folders too)

The email you are sent will have a link to a claim form. This form allows you to claim your prize and link a shipping address and contact number to your win.

Our team will then dispatch your item as soon as possible and the system will automatically let you know when the item has been dispatched, including any tracking information if applicable.

If your prize was digital or account credit we will allocate your prize automatically if we have the information we need to do so.

If you have purchased some tickets, you will find a list of them by logging in to your account, clicking on your name in the menu at the top and then clicking on "My competitions & tickets".

You will also have a list of everything you purchased, along with any Instant Win prizes, in an email sent to your registered email address. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folders and where possible add hello@cultcomps.com to your contacts to ensure you never miss an email from us.

Absolutely! Our payments are processed by one of the largest global providers in the industry. You can pay using Visa or Mastercard, and we do not see or save your details on our servers.
